This is a
classic workout. It is ideal to progress at home HIIT workout and build core
strength.
The goal
is not to make the circuit as quickly as possible, but to make beautiful
amplitudes in movements with proper technique.
Do 3 laps of the circuit:
8 Jumping Jacks
8 Skater Jumps
8 Burpees
8 Squat Jumps
8 Sit-Ups
8 Front Plank
8 Bench Dips
8 Knee Highs
Be sure to cut the series take
as much rest as you like and do not forget the technique.
